Chenille production process: Like a ring spinning machine, the decorative yarn rotates from the upper part of the machine into the center of the hollow spindle. The rollers and guide wheels feed the two core yarns next to the decorative yarn, which, thanks to the twisting of the ring spinning spindle, is held between the two core yarns and wound onto small chenille bobbins. Chenille yarn is widely used in the field of home textiles and knitted garments because of its plump down, soft hand feel, thick fabric and light texture, forming a new highlight of product development.
